To sell on Amazon with an Estonian OÜ, the company, its representative and the bank details must match exactly the documents you upload. Most blocks come from small differences in name, address or dates, not from the company itself.
Informational guide reviewed in October 2026. Amazon can change its requirements; always check what it asks for in your Seller Central.
What Amazon usually asks for
- Valid ID for the legal representative.
- Documents proving the company, such as a commercial register extract.
- Proof of address and a payout method in the company name.
- In some cases, a verification video call.
Before you submit anything
- Check that the company name is identical in the register, the bank and the Amazon form.
- Use recent, legible, complete documents with nothing cropped.
- If a document is in Estonian, prepare a translation when asked.
- Avoid opening a second account with different data.
Why these accounts get blocked
Common causes are mismatched data, expired or unreadable documents, and accounts linked to a previous one. See Amazon account suspended: what to do and related accounts.
VAT: what verification does not solve
Passing verification does not put your VAT in order. If you sell or store in the EU, review your obligations country by country; start with EU VAT returns for ecommerce and Pan-EU.
If you are already blocked
Do not send several replies in a row or open another account. Gather the documents, understand exactly what Amazon is asking and answer once, properly. For help with your case, talk to Data Biz. For company costs, see how much an OÜ costs.
